Policies

1) Cancellation/ Rescheduling:

  • Sessions:

    Be the Whole U requires a 24 hour notice to reschedule or cancel your appointment as I value our time as well as other clients that may want or need to be seen in our office. You can cancel or reschedule at anytime before 24 hours at no charge. If there is a less than 24 hour notice, a full session fee will be charged to the card on file. Of course, I do understand emergencies and do my best to accommodate in extreme circumstances. Please understand that this will only occur if there is an insufficient notice of cancellation (less than 24hrs)

  • Events, Workshops and Classes:

    Cancellation up to 30 days before the start of the event: We will refund 100%

    Cancellation between 15 days to 29 days before the start of the event : refund of 50%

    Cancellation in 14 days or fewer before the start of the event: Non-refundable

    *NOTE: Less than 14 days- You can reach out and If I can find someone to take your seat I will provide a full refund of your payment. (*ONLY IF* your seat is able to be filled)

    NO CALL/ NO SHOW: Credit Card on file will be charged the full amount

2) Payment:

  • ALL SALES FINAL – NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS

  • Payment in full due at the time of services unless alternative payment arrangements have been made and mutually agreed upon

  • Payment methods: Cash, Venmo and PayPal. Debit and Credit

  • No personal Checks

  • Discounted rates available for purchased packages


3) Late Arrivals

  • Time will be deducted from session time and full session amount will be charged

4) Relationships with clients are of a professional nature only

5) Therapeutic support

  • Please allow 24-48 hours for returned calls, text for emergencies

  • Complimentary 20 minute intake calls are available for new clients as well as existing clients that have not had a session in over 6 months or who have new needs/ circumstances arise and would like to know if my services may be able to assist them or if I can refer them to another professional. Anything over 20 minutes or excessive calls are an indication that a session is needed. Be The Whole U will hold this boundary.


6) Confidentiality:

  • All personal information and emotional process remains confidential and will not be shared with any parties outside of Be The Whole U. The exception is any abuse, suicidal or homicidal threats and any risk of child endangerment


7) Expectations of clients during sessions:

  • Be The Whole U reserves the right to decline or let go of clients for any inappropriate behavior including but not limited to: violence, vulgar behavior and / or sexual advances

  • The client is responsible for their own well being and will communicate their needs accordingly to Gullveig, Be The Whole U, and any of it's affiliates that that they may work with.

  • Be The Whole U or it's affiliates do not diagnose or give medical advice.


8) Clothing/Attire:

  • Wear comfortable and appropriate clothing to receive bodywork (IE loose fitting and stretchable). If wearing a skirt or dress please wear shorts or pants underneath.
